Hi, I'm Mirella. I've been where you are.
I started doing hair in 1999. I learned most of it the hard way: slow services, cheap prices and a lot of trial and error.
Then I built my first salon into a 7-figure business, built teams and systems, and sold it. I've taught for big brands and on my own. I'm a five-time Behind the Chair One Shot nominee and winner, and I've styled for Bravo's Vanderpump Rules.
Inside my salon, I coached and mentored every stylist on my team. I taught them everything I know about building a strong business that lasts. They became confident stylists who brought in $100K to $200K+ a year in service revenue.
